A.S. appeals the involuntary termination of his parental rights. Termination under Texas Family Code §161.001(1)(D) is permitted "because of a single act or omission." Termination under (E) requires a conscious course of conduct by the parent. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. El Paso Court of Appeals, No. 08-12-00255-CV, 12-21-2012.
