Larry Don Bivins appeals the trial court's judgment awarding damages and attorney fees using Chapter 9 of the Texas Family Code to enforce post-divorce turnover of real property. Despite the fact that a judgment has its genesis in an agreement between the parties, the judgment itself has an independent status. The trial court's judgment is affirmed.
