The appellant, who was in the custody of the Texas Youth Commission, challenges a transfer order to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The appellant is entitled to credit for the entire time period he spent in custody prior to his transfer to TDCJ. The trial court's order is affirmed as modified.
