The appellant was convicted of alleged aggravated robbery based solely on the identification testimony of the victim. The court of appeals affirmed. The trial court abused its discretion by preventing the appellant's expert from testifying about the "weapon focus effect." The court of appeals' judgment is reversed and remanded to the trial court.
