Jarnagin v. State

Tex. App. Dist. 7

December 4, 2012

The appellant challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. In the magistrate's common sense reading of the affidavit and attached statements, a discrepancy concerning the date of the most recent alleged sexual assault does not undermine the probative value of the information provided. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Amarillo Court of Appeals, No. 07-11-00016-CR, 11-30-2012.
