The applicant requests a writ of mandamus ordering a court clerk to issue a citation of service on an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Unless necessary to enforce appellate jurisdiction, a court of appeals has no jurisdiction to issue a writ of mandamus against a trial court clerk. The appeal is dismissed.
