The appellant's deferred-adjudication community supervision was revoked based on the results of polygraph examinations. The court of appeals held that this evidence was inadmissible. Texas Rule of Evidence 703 does not allow an expert to present opinion testimony based on scientifically unreliable facts or data. Additionally, the "show no deception" requirement in the terms of the appellant's community supervision does not provide a basis for admitting unreliable evidence. The court of appeals' judgment is affirmed. Court of Criminal Appeals, No. PD-0551-10, 11-21-2012.
