A "cooperating individual" provided a police officer with a tip that the appellee, whose motion to suppress was granted by the trial court, possessed anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container. Whether an informant is a citizen informant must be established by the facts contained in the four corners of the affidavit, including whether the source had prior contact with the police. The trial court's order is affirmed. Texarkana Court of Appeals, No. 06-12-00116-CR, 11-21-2012.
