A jury convicted the appellant, and the trial judge sentenced the appellant to death. The trial court's decision to disallow the evidence of the victim's alleged drug use and sexual behavior does not fall outside the zone of reasonable disagreement. The judgment and sentence by the trial court are affirmed. Court of Criminal Appeals, No. AP-76,275, 11-21-2012.
