Tex. App. Dist. 7

November 20, 2012

The relator, a vexatious litigant subject to a prefiling order requirement, seeks mandamus ordering the local administrative judge to grant relator permission to file a proposed suit. Petitions filed under Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code §11.102(c) outside the 30-day filing requirement do not invoke mandamus jurisdiction. The relator's petition is dismissed. Amarillo Court of Appeals, No. 07-12-00445-CV, 11-13-2012.
