An inmate challenges the district court's grant of summary judgment concerning his claim that Mississippi's lethal injection procedures violate his 8th Amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment. Baze was not meant to be a blueprint; it was meant to set out flexible parameters for handling executions.
