R.F v. Texas Department of Family and Protective Services

Tex. App. Dist. 8

November 15, 2012

The trial court signed an order terminating the appellant's parental rights. Evidence that the child suffers severe anxiety, enuresis and encopresis, that the child requires medication and has been treated in a mental hospital, supports a finding that she suffered serious injury. The trial court's order is affirmed. El Paso Court of Appeals, No. 08-12-00173-CV, 11-08-2012.
