The appellant, Stephen McAleer, appeals from a decree of divorce dissolving the marriage between him and the appellee. The appellate court found that, given his circumstance with an uncommunicative attorney in possession of his documents and given the attorney's failure to conduct and complete discovery, the trial court abused its discretion in denying the appellant's motion for continuance. The portion of the judgment that characterizes and divides the property is reversed and remanded. Houston's 1st Court of Appeals, No. 01-11-00527-CV, 11-08-2012.
