The appellant challenges the trial court's order adjudicating him guilty of murder and sentencing him to 75 years' imprisonment. In the absence of any evidence that would demonstrate appellant has the ability to offset the cost of the legal services provided to him, the trial court erred in assessing any amount of attorneys' fees against appellant.
