The appellants Citibank N.A. and its attorney complain of an order sanctioning the attorney and dismissing the underlying case. The attorney did not sign the motions for default judgment and the record does not show he engaged in bad faith abuse of the judicial process and of the trial court's dismissal of the underlying case as excessive.
