Citizens National Bank of Texas v. NXS Construction Inc.

Tex. App. Dist. 14

November 5, 2012

A jury found in favor of a contractor in the construction industry on its fraudulent transfer claims against the appellants. When the evidence supports a range of values of lines of credit, as opposed to two distinct options, a finding within that range is an appropriate exercise of the jury's discretion. The trial court's judgment is affirmed as modified. Houston's 14th Court of Appeals, No. 14-11-00517-CV, 11-01-2012.
