The appellant, a home builder, claims the trial court erred in confirming an arbitrator's award by failing to credit sums the plaintiff may obtain from other defendants. The appellant failed to challenge remittitur language in the judgment that would reduce the amount the appellant owed by the amount collected from another party for damages relating to the driveway.
