Aviles v. State

Tex. App. Dist. 4

September 27, 2012

The appellant challenges his conviction for alleged driving while intoxicated. Erratic driving, slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and performance during the field-sobriety tests supports the appellant's warrantless arrest. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. San Antonio Court of Appeals, No. 04-11-00877-CR, 09-26-2012.
