Jerry Don Williams appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone. Effort to escape evinces a consciousness of guilt, which in turn is evidence of culpability. And, to the extent that the deputies were seeing the crime unfold before them, they need not have secured an arrest warrant prior to making the arrest.
