The state argues that the trial court erred by granting the defendant's motion to suppress because reasonable suspicion supported the traffic stop of the defendant's vehicle. The trial court admitted an in-car video recording. Almost total deference is given to the trial court's factual determinations unless the video recording indisputably contradicts the trial court's findings. The trial court's order is affirmed. Fort Worth Court of Appeals, No. 02-11-00375-CR, 10-25-2012.
