Three parties in this suit affecting the parent-child relationship entered into a donor insemination agreement and an agreement regarding visits. The sole issue in this appeal is the trial court's order that one party recover attorneys' fees from the donor and that the donor not recover fees from that party. The party awarded fees was required to segregate the recoverable fees relating to the conservatorship from other unrecoverable fees incurred. The trial court's judgment is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part. Dallas Court of Appeals, No. 05-09-00960-CV, 07-11-2012.
