Discipline Report: Lawyer Disbarred, Another Suspended for a Year
A lawyer was disbarred, another was suspended, one was placed on probation, and another received a public reprimand, according to reports from the State Bar of Texas. Allegations against the disbarred lawyer included failing to keep another person's funds or property separate from her own. The judgment orders her to pay more than $48,000 in fees and restitution.
