Travers Smith has taken the lead advisory role in litigation investment company Juridica's $48.6 million fundraising, which closed Monday. Travers corporate finance chief Spencer Summerfield led the team advising on the major fundraising -- Juridica's second in just over a year. Summerfield was also the adviser on the litigation funding specialist's original float in December 2007, when it raised $111 million.
