Paul Lippe is at it again, jabbing at the conventions of the legal profession. This time it’s the quaint notion that good legal work leads to success. On this afternoon in early October, the former Silicon Valley general counsel is sitting in the East Palo Alto office of Greenberg Traurig, having just completed yet another demonstration of his one-year old brainchild, Legal OnRamp. This Web product, which works a bit like Facebook and Linked In, aims to foster collaboration and information sharing among a select network of clients and outside lawyers. And, of course, revolutionize the practice of law.
