Orrick Advises Yarn Maker on Hong Kong IPO

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Tian Yuan Law Firm have advised Billion Industrial Holdings Ltd. on its $383 million Hong Kong initial public offering.

Billion Industrial, a Chinese polyester yarn maker based in Jinjiang, Fujian, has launched a global offering of around 575 million ordinary shares, priced at $0.70 each, on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were listed on May 18.
