Clifford Chance, Blake Dawson and Shearman & Sterling are among the five firms advising on Resourcehouse Ltd.’s planned $3.6 billion initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The Australian coal and iron-ore company is planning to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with shares due to start trading on June 9. The company has shelved three previous IPO attempts due to adverse market conditions, most recently in the wake of Japan’s March earthquake, according to various press reports.
