Question presented:
Whether petitioner's conviction for driving under the influence and causing serious bodily injury, in violation of Fla. Stat. Ann ¿ 316.193(3)(c)(2), is a "crime of violence" under 18 U.S.C. 16(a) that renders petitioner removable under the immigration laws as an aggravated felon.
