By their very nature, divorce and custody matters are generally contentious. But what if one of the parties is a particularly vengeful and bitter ex? How does that change the nature of the game? What if the difficult ex is your client?

Tonight at 7 on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, The American Law Journal presents "Joint Legal Custody and Dealing With the Difficult Ex." Host Christopher Naughton welcomes Donald F. Spry II of Pennsylvania's King Spry Herman Freund & Faul and New Jersey's Thomas J. Snyder of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost. Joining the panel for the first time is Dr. Debra Castaldo, author and director of the Center for Couples and Family Solutions in Englewood, N.J.

The panel addresses legal strategies on how to even the playing field when a particularly difficult ex has the larger "war chest."

The program airs at 7 p.m. today and replays at 5:30 p.m. Sunday preceding WFMZ-TV news. The show becomes available this week on www.LawJournalTV.com as well as YouTube.

The American Law Journal is the weekly talk-feature program airing on the CNN-News affiliate for Philadelphia, WFMZ-TV 69 to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. View WFMZ-HD over the air and on all cable and satellite systems; see http://bit.ly/ALJchannels. FiOS system subscribers, tune to channel 15.
