Attorneys Settle Objections to Distribution Of $144 Million in Avandia Legal Fees

The objections of attorneys who opposed the distribution of nearly $144 million in Avandia attorney fees and costs undertaken for the common benefit of the entire Avandia multidistrict litigation have been resolved, according to the court-appointed master in the case.
