Jerry Sandusky, the convicted serial child sexual abuser serving a lengthy state prison sentence for molesting 10 boys, is arguing the judge presiding over his trial denied him due process by failing to grant him several motions for a continuance before his June trial.

Sentenced earlier this month to 30 to 60 years in state prison, Sandusky has also brought on Philadelphia attorney Norris E. Gelman to work on his post-trial legal proceedings, a possible indicator that his attorney of several years, Joseph L. Amendola, would be stepping aside.
