Daniel J. Clifford, a partner in the family law practice group at Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, discusses the emerging issues involved when same sex partners decide to end their relationship. Because Pennsylvania has no same sex marriage law, partners are often faced with navigating the murky legal waters and bouncing from court to court for resolution of different issues, particularly if children are involved. In this video, Clifford discusses some of the issues involved and how same sex partners can protect themselves and their loved ones.
This video is part of a series on hot issues in family law that will be presented as part of a special family law supplement that will be published in print and online July 17.
