Carolyn R. Mirabile, a partner in the family law practice group at Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, discusses the methods used to identify assets in a pending divorce action. Often assets are difficult to assess, and the future needs of the parties -- and any children -- need to be managed. In this video, Mirabile discusses how her team approaches these issues.

This video is part of a series on hot issues in family law that will be presented as part of a special family law supplement that will be published in print and online July 17.
