Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has acquired seven-lawyer litigation boutique Manion McDonough & Lucas in Pittsburgh.
Manion McDonough opened in 1985 as a spinoff from Reed Smith. Its merger with Buchanan Ingersoll will bring the firm’s seven attorneys, one paralegal and three administrative professionals back to large law firm life. Joining as shareholders are Joseph F. McDonough, Kevin P. Lucas, James G. McLean, James R. Walker and Robert D. Finkel. Alexandra P. West and Erin Lucas Hamilton are joining as associates.
