The General Fund where the state's income, sales and corporate taxes are deposited is not the only state fund where anemic collections are predicted. The Oil and Gas Lease Fund will collect nearly $10 million less next fiscal year than it will this year, according to Secretary of the Department Conservation and Natural Resources Secretary Richard Allan.
