Pepper Hamilton has made a rare move for an Am Law 100 or 200 firm by hiring a nonlawyer chief executive officer to take over management of the firm.
Scott Green, who has served as executive director of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr since 2007, will serve as Pepper Hamilton’s first CEO in a newly created position. He will oversee both the firm’s legal and management functions.
