Sexual harassment is not akin to sexual discrimination in public accommodations such as police departments under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, a split panel of the Commonwealth Court ruled in an nonprecedential decision.

The court affirmed the dismissal of plaintiff Carolyn Oravitz’s claim against Saxonburg Borough, Pa., that she brought after a police officer who assisted her with a question related to proof of service for legal papers later allegedly asked her for sex and sexually harassed her.
