A Philadelphia attorney suspended for five years after her conviction for mail fraud related to a cash payment to disgraced former City Treasurer Corey Kemp has been reinstated to the bar with the blessing of all but one state Supreme Court justice.
Rhonda McCullough Anderson was reinstated to the Pennsylvania bar Aug. 2 by order of the Supreme Court, which adopted a report by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania finding Anderson was remorseful for her crime, complied fully with the terms of her suspension and had spent the last several years doing civic work along with her jobs as a paralegal, adjunct professor and grant writer.
