As the judges of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals gear up for a week of oral arguments, the docket includes a handful of potentially significant cases in the areas of arbitration, corporate governance, race discrimination and worker safety.

One of the arguments is expected to be presented by a recent graduate of Drexel University’s Earle Mack School of Law who worked on the case as a student when the 3rd Circuit appointed the school’s appellate litigation clinic to participate as amicus because the appellant is pro se.
