Drinker Biddle & Reath saw small dips in its gross revenue and revenue per lawyer in 2009 while holding partner profits steady.

Revenue dropped 2.3 percent from $382 million in 2008 to $373 million in 2009. Revenue per lawyer (RPL) fell by about the same percentage from $615,000 to $600,000 and profits per equity partner (PPP) remained flat at about $605,000 year over year. The average compensation for all partners grew by more than 3 percent to nearly $538,000.
