Will U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts or Justice Anthony Kennedy surprise the American public with a sweeping approval of same-sex marriage? Or will the court kick the can down the road?

The Legal's senior staff writer, Gina Passarella, interviews professor David Cohen of Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law and assistant professor Leonore Carpenter of Temple University's Beasley School of Law.
