Legislative initiatives enacting recommendations from the Pennsylvania Task Force on Child Protection formed in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sexual-abuse scandal are set to be introduced almost immediately after the 2013-14 session starts in Harrisburg, according to sources and legislative leaders.
