Governor Tom Corbett told a packed crowd at the Pennsylvania Press Club luncheon November 19 in Harrisburg that his top three priorities heading into the next legislative session are to pursue privatization of the state liquor system, introduce a transportation funding package and work on reforming the public pension system.
