Third Circuit Seeks to Mend District Split in Case Against GSK

Determining corporate citizenship, which dictates jurisdiction, has divided district court judges, leading the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to hear a case brought by "thalidomide babies" against GlaxoSmithKline on an expedited basis since the legitimate location of GSK Holdings' principal place of business is in dispute.
