The family doctor suggests ADHD or antidepressants for junior. Your ex doesn't agree. Now what?

This Sunday at 5:30 p.m. on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, The American Law Journal presents, "How Drugs — Legal and Illegal — Impact Custody." Joining host Christopher Naughton are Donald F. Spry II of King Spry Herman Freund & Faul, Bonnie Frost of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost and clinical and counseling psychologist Dr. Ronald Esteve.

How do medication decisions, alcohol abuse and drug addictions affect custody and visitation? How do courts and lawyers depend upon psychological experts, especially in light of new Pennsylvania custody laws?

The American Law Journal airs on Mondays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 5:30 p.m. on the CNN-News affiliate for Philadelphia, WFMZ-TV 69. Visit http://bit.ly/ALJchannels for all cable and satellite systems. FiOS system subscribers tune to channel 15.

This program will be available on www.LawJournalTV.com as well as YouTube and iTunes after it airs.

Next week on The American Law Journal: "A Congressional Report: the Politics of Social Security Disability." •
