A recent Senate investigative commission report asserts there's trouble in the Social Security disability system. How to rectify the problem is a matter of stark political opinion.

This Sunday at 5:30 p.m. on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, The American Law Journal presents, "A Congressional Report: The Politics of Social Security Disability." Joining host Christopher Naughton are Jess Leventhal of Leventhal Sutton & Gornstein, Alan Polonsky of Polonsky & Polonsky and former administrative law judge Roger Schwartz.

Senator Thomas Coburn's (R-Okla.) recent senatorial investigative report concludes waste, fraud and judicial inefficiency are at the root of the problem, an opinion not necessarily shared by his political counterparts.
