How to rectify the problem is a matter of stark political opinion. This Sunday at 5:30 p.m. on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, The American Law Journal presents, "A Congressional Report: The Politics of Social Security Disability." Joining host Christopher Naughton are Jess Leventhal of Leventhal Sutton & Gornstein, Alan Polonsky of Polonsky & Polonsky and former administrative law judge Roger Schwartz.
