Q. How to reach us
A.Our subscriptions department is available Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If our customer service operators are assisting other customers, please leave a detailed message. Your call will be returned promptly.

Q. What if my address changes?
A. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance of any address changes. For faster service, provide your account number. It can be found on your address label.

Q. When does my subscription expire/how can I renew?
A. Your subscription's expiration date is printed on the mailing label. We mail renewal notices beginning 6 months prior to the expiration date, either directly to you or to the bill-to address that was given to us when the subscription was ordered. You may of course renew at any time.

Q. My copy didn't arrive, or it arrived with sections missing. How do I get a replacement?
A. We will be happy to send you a replacement if your copy is lost or stolen, or if you receive an incomplete copy. Please call us for your replacement copy.

If you receive your copy by one of our hand delivery services, please call us as early as possible so we can get a replacement copy out to you promptly. Calling us by 10 AM can sometimes result in a same day replacement.
