An article on Aug. 30, “Convicted Tenant Wins Bid to Upset Housing Eviction,” incorrectly reported the name of the attorney who represented the New York City Housing Authority. The lawyer was Seth E. Kramer.

A table yesterday on page 1 with “Work of Administrative Law Judges Generates Concern About Disparities,” incorrectly reported the date for the data on the highest and lowest grant rates. The data were for the period Oct. 1, 2009, through March 31, 2011.The same article misspelled the last name of the lead plaintiff in the Eastern District lawsuit claiming that five administrative law judges in the Jamaica, Queens, Social Security office are biased against claimants. Her name is Lorraine Padro. Also the second reference to the case, Padro v. Astrue, 11-cv-1788, should have been to Padro, not Bailey.
