Last Friday’s story about changes in part-time studies at some law campuses (“New York Schools Re-Evaluate Benefits of Their Part-Time Evening Programs,” NYLJ, Oct. 8), erroneously reported the date of a move to new quarters by City University of New York School of Law. CUNY Law is set to move from Flushing, Queens, to Long Island City in January 2012, after which the school plans to add an evening program in September 2013. The story also erred in stating that New York Law School has no evening program. It does have an evening program and has no plans to change.

A chart listing candidates for Supreme Court in the Nov. 2 election (Oct. 8, p. 5) incorrectly described the current position of Justice Colleen D. Duffy who is running for the Supreme Court seat in the Ninth Judicial District. Justice Duffy, who was elected to the Westchester Family Court, was appointed earlier this year by Governor David A. Paterson to fill a Supreme Court vacancy on an interim basis. Also, Judge Jeffrey S. Sunshine, who is running for Supreme Court in Brooklyn has been endorsed by the Conservative Party in addition to the Democratic and Republican parties.
