Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 12, the services now offered by the New York County Clerk in Room 141B at 60 Centre St. will be temporarily handled from Room 300 on the third floor of the building. The move is prompted by planned renovations to Room 141B, which are expected to take at least four months.

County Clerk Norman Goodman said there will be no interruption in services for lawyers and members of the public seeking a notary public or assistance with index numbers, certifications, notices of appeal, law and equity filings and entries of judgment.
