A chart on page 1 yesterday accompanying “Six Criminal Court Judges Granted ‘Hybrid’ Acting Status” included incorrect percentage changes in pending felonies. The correct citywide change was +.2 percent; in Manhattan it was +2.4 percent; Bronx, +13.1 percent; Brooklyn, -20.1 percent; Queens, +12.2 percent; and Staten Island, -11.4 percent.
Also yesterday, the article “Disbarred Attorney Ordered to Pay $500,000 in Malpractice Lawsuit” incorrectly reported the year in which plaintiff Donald Glassman hired attorney Howard L. Blau. He was hired in 2006. The article also incorrectly reported the time frame in which Mr. Blau has faced malpractice claims. Since 1988, he has been sued five times, according to the complaint.
